The Parties desire to assure the protection and preservation of the confidential and/or proprietary nature of information, which may be Disclosed or made available to each other for the limited purpose of discussing the terms of a prospective (business) relationship and if a (business) relation is formed, for the protection of confidential and/or proprietary information exchanged in the course of such business or relation (“Purpose”).
