Abstract

In the existence and development of medium-small enterprises, human resources play a very important role. Large enterprises can attract various of human resources by right of their reputation and abundant strength. However, for the medium-small enterprise which has limited resources and little reputation, how to attract human resources becomes an issue in the medium-small enterprise which managers care more. According to the characteristics of the medium-small enterprise, this article systematically presents the strategies for medium-small companies to attract human resources through the analysis to the medium-small enterprises.
