三种表达语法上都对。第一种用了进行时态，表达了目前或目前这一段时间里格外关注。其余两种用了一般现在时，表达一贯如此。extremely放在句中要比放在句末更加紧凑。按照你给的汉语意思，个人认为第二种表达最佳。

另外，formula 常常指婴儿食品，当然包括奶粉。不过用milk powder 是否会更恰当些。
