展会营销对于展览公司来说就是运用营销手段把自己的展览会宣传推销给客户公司。展会营销起到了促进招展招商,树立展会品牌形象的作用。
在营销方式上几种比较常用的方式分别是:媒体新闻营销、网络营销、电话营销、展会现场推广营销、直邮营销。但这其中仍然有一些问题存在。在网络营销中,有着广告效果不佳,创意受局限以及被动性比较强,只有等待顾客上门索取,不能主动出击的问题。新闻媒体营销也因其广告形式五花八门,吸引力不强不能引起目标客户的兴趣。同时电话营销也存在着盲目地拨打,群发式轰炸以及浪费市场费用与业务时间的严重问题。
所以,如何选择正确又有效的营销策略就显的尤为重要了。
展览会,作为服务性产品与任何产业及产品的发展相同,都会经历培育、成长、成熟和衰退四个阶段。而各个阶段的营销策略也都是不同的。
在展览会的培育期,办展机构应弱化盈利观点,做大展览、规划展览会的发展战略、运用现代营销提升展览会知名度、实现展览会规模的稳步扩大、提供目标客户体验式服务。而在展会的成长期,办展机构则应强化展览招商组织工作、重视客户关系管理、持续改进展览服务体系、动态研究市场与竞争对手、提高展览会的增值功能。
在成熟期与衰退期的展览会,办展机构应完善展览营销的评估体系、创新展览品牌形象内涵、优化展览市场份额、 赢返流失客户,稳定现有客户、 提炼客户知识,增加客户价值、建立对衰退期展览的预警机制。
在如今这样一个不断变化发展的时代中,对于展会营销的方式,不能只一味的停留在原有的基础上了。在前人的经验方法的指导下不断推陈出新,寻找新的创新方式才能适应时代发展的潮流。
可以预测,在21世纪初期的很长一段时间内,展览营销创新将主要表现在四大方面--理念创新、主体创新、手段创新和内容创新。这四个方面是相辅相成的,其中,理念创新是基础,手段创新是关键。
无论产业处在哪种时期,对展览会来说都是有机会的,这就要看决策者的眼光以及营销思路的改变,但前提只有一条,没有最好的营销思路,只有最适合的营销策略。

Exhibition Marketing as to enhance corporate value and expand market share for the purpose of operating means, its importance has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, show the exhibition in which the organization should be chosen at different stages of the marketing strategy of how to do the research and innovation on the marketing strategy are discussed.

The way in the marketing of several commonly used methods are: media news marketing, network marketing, telemarketing, event-site promotion marketing, direct mail marketing. But which still has some problems. In network marketing, with ineffective advertising, creative, and by the limitations of passive relatively strong, and only waiting for customers obtain home and can not take the initiative to attack the problem. Media forms of advertising, marketing also because of its variety, attraction is not strong does not arouse the interest of target customers. There are also telemarketing call blindly, mass bombing and a waste of time, the market cost of a serious problem with the business.
So, how to choose the correct and effective marketing strategies is particularly important on the obvious.
Exhibition, as a service products and the development of any of the same industries and products will experience nurturing, growth, maturity and decline of four stages. The various stages of the marketing strategies are also different.
The cultivation of the exhibition period, exhibition agencies should weaken the profit point of view, make a big show, exhibition planning development strategies, the use of modern marketing to enhance awareness exhibition, to achieve the scale of the steady expansion of exhibition and provide target customer-service experience. In the event of growth, development agencies should do to strengthen the organization of the exhibition investment, emphasis on customer relationship management, continuous improvement, exhibition service system, dynamics of the market and competition, increase value-added features exhibitions.
Maturity and decline in the exhibition, exhibition agencies should improve the assessment of the exhibition marketing system, brand innovation and exhibition content, optimize the exhibition market share, win back lost customers, and stability of existing customers, refined customer knowledge, increase customer value, establishment of the recession early warning system for the exhibition.
In today's constantly changing and developing such an era, the exhibition marketing approach, not just blindly stay on the original basis. In the previous experience under the guidance continues to introduce new methods to find new and innovative ways to adapt to the trend of the times.
Can predict, early in the 21st century a long period of time, the exhibition will focus on the performance of marketing innovation in four main areas - innovative ideas, the main innovation, innovation and content creation tools. These four aspects are complementary, where innovation is the foundation concept, the means innovation is the key.
