内容摘要

中小企业作为各国国民经济重要的支柱，在促进各国产业结构的升级中，经济结构的优化中，创造就业机会等方面都发挥着巨大的作用。中小型企业生存价值及对社会的贡献上同时随着市场经济向推进全球经济一体化的进程的速度加快，已经越来越受到世界各国的关注重视。我国的中小企业迅速发展壮大，已成为推动国民经济持续、健康发展的重要生力军和最具有活力的“经济增长点”。但同时我国作为一个发展中国家，与国外一些发达国家来比，我国中小型企业所面临的困难要大得多，资金短缺、融资困难、融资渠道单一却始终严重制约着中小企业的持续发展和壮大。
本文主要从三个方面去论述，首先中小企业的重要性，只有很好的认识到中小型企业对我国国民经济发展的重要性才能更好的去看待中小型企业融资这个问题；其次是我国中小型企业具体融资途径方面，对目前具体的融资渠道进行分析与论述；最后针对我国目前中小型企业融资现状进行分析，对我国中小型企业融资困难的具体对策和分析研究
