In the event of any termination or nonrenewal of this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof, DISTRIBUTOR shall not be entitled to any compensation, damages, payment for good will that has been established, severance pay, indemnity or any other amount for any other cause, by reason of the termination of the relationship between A and DISTRIBUTOR, or by reason of the termination of this Agreement or any rights hereunder, despite any applicable law within or without the Territory to the contrary.
