摘 要：随着世界贸易自由化程度的加深，在国际贸易中严控贸易数量以及高关税的限制作用越来越弱化，技术性贸易壁垒作为更隐蔽、更强大的壁垒，客观上已经成为我国出口贸易的最大障碍，技术性贸易壁垒正成为发达国家保护本国产品的新手段，技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口的影响已不容忽视，我国作为最大的发展中国家，我国的对外贸易为此受到很大冲击，因此我国应加强对技术性贸易壁垒的管理。本文在简要分析（TBT）的概念、特点的基础上，考察（TBT）对我国出口贸易的影响现状，最后从政府和企业两个角度提出我国如何应对技术性贸易壁垒的对策。
