China's Securities Market has obtained great achievements after ten years` development.However,as China's Securities Market is still in the initial period of development, there still exist a variety of non-standard situations.The majority illegal issues in the stock market involve information disclosure,so the maturity and perfection of information disclosure on stock market are the foundations
for the development of China's securities market.Based on the study of the theory basis of stock market information disclosure,this paper analyzed the problems that exist in information disclosure of China's securities market and the problems` forming reasons.This paper also provided measures to perfect information disclosure in China's securities market from government`s, enterprises` and intermediary agents` points of view.
