高二提高作文水平

我现在作文总在40分上下，听了很多老师讲解如何写作文后，我觉得自己能力没有提升，甚至有点倒退。在没听老师讲解以前，我写作文总是能够很顺畅地写，头脑总是能想出很多出来，似乎总是凭一时之兴写出来，而且感觉还不错，但现在我写作文总是找不到以前那种感觉，句子也变得很枯燥，有时候想一句还犹豫了许久才写出一句。请问各位高手我是啥问题。

一.背单词的捷径,只说方法,不谈为什么,本文参考网络上的文章,作了一些整理,因为我不喜欢太长的文章
1,一定要每次都大量地背,每天一百个是最低限,上午三十,中午十个，下午三十，晚上三十
2,背字典,不要背教材后面的词汇表.选择一本适合自己的字典很重要,最好带有英文例子的,不要从字典的第一页背到最后一页,按照字母(Z,Y,X,Q,J,K,U)(V,W,N,O,L)(FG,IT,HM,BDE,R)(C,P,S,A)的顺序背
3.瞎听,听不懂的时候就对照原文听,不要每个单词都听得一清二楚,能听清除80%的单词就行,甚至更低都可以
4,狂看,学习计算机的可以下N本英文书籍,不管那么多,每天打开2-5本,先看目录,再选择自己感兴趣的看,不要一个字一个字地去看,能看懂一段话的大概意思就行
5,乱说,把自己记得的单词都用一句话或一段话的形式表达出来,这里讲记单词,不说语法,错误不管先
6,联想,就像看到美女就联想到自己已经和她牵手了一样
7,持续的反复1-6,这就是苦劳也会有功劳
