As for speaking, I usually practice my oral English by reading aloud which helps me correct my mistakes and also build my confidence

And I often listen to English song which is of great help to my listening. Sometimes I listen to the English news radio.

The most important is to read.I read a lot of English novels,so I knew many words,and the grammar is not so difficult for me. While I'm reading ,I learn the writing style from the authors.
