corporate governance structure, and we discuss on two of six kinds of specific
constraint mechanisms based on our investigation on 408 listed corporations. Six
assumptions are given and then tested in our regression on the relation between
constraint mechanisms and corporations’ reputation. Our research can be serviced as
the guide for the corporations to nurture their reputation.
