Also , the great power of those individuals and organizations mentioned bellow gave me a big hand on my thesis; our school library , the library of Hebei Normal University . and the National Library of china.
Thank you all above again with my deepest gratitude . I feel greatly indebted to you all for finishing my thesis.
Abstract
The phenomenon of mergers and acquisitions is becoming more and more common in modern society . Multinational corporations accounted for more and more percentage of international trade . Conmunications exst everywhere,it's unavoidabie to meet foreign ,businessmen , get investment , and so on .
My thesis simpiy present the flow of the meeting work , introduce some matters need attention like preparation before meeting , visiting the factory , talks in sample rooms, haggling over price , ensuring orders , etc.
As a saying goes; Precautions averts perils . Readiness is all. If a man paepares much before be start to do one thing , be can manage it frecly and rise to the occasion . There's also one saying goes ; Faith will move mountains , which means acquisition deserves payment , you can get what you want as long as you work for it .
Generally speaking , there're three basie ang normal procedures ; before meeting the castomer , while meeting the castomer , after meeting the castomer.
And then , I'll present my views and ideas on the prpcedures abous through my passage.
I.Bfore meeting the customer.
Just assame a battle is coming soon ,in order to get enormous combat gains . What should be done before the battle horn blows ? Weapons and food , that's so-called preparation.
