应收账款作为企业的一项流动资产，其质量直接影响着企业营运资金的运转和经济效益的好坏，是企业能否保持健康、有活力的资金链的保证。信用是保证应收账款健康存在的前提，而现代信用销售方式的出现和发展极大的提高了企业的生产能力，扩大了企业的销售量，增强了企业的竞争能力，增加了企业的利润。但是在应收账款以信用为前提给企业带来可观收益的同时,我们发现这也给企业带来了诸多的问题和损失，比如以赊销形成的呆坏账。如果没有科学合理的管理应收账款和回收赊欠货款的方式,应收账款的余额和坏账数会日益增大，进而直接影响企业正常的资金运转，更甚者，因为余额增大，坏账准备增加，可能导致企业资金链断裂。而溯其根本，导致企业应收账款余额增大的原因不外乎两点，其一是内部控制制度不够完善，权责不分明；其二是外部客户基于各种考虑迟迟不肯交付货款。本文首先介绍应收账款和纺织服饰类企业应收账款的产生原因、对企业的影响,再根据存在的问题提出相应的对策。

The ambiguity in the character of behaviors in the marital rape has led to a considerable theoretical controversy on whether it belongs to statutory rape, and even brought about totally different judgments on similar cases in judicial practices, therefore, investigations into this issue are significant. This article begins with the introduction of the main theories、affirmative theory、eclecticism,integrated theory about whether the marital rape is statutory rape. Then it refutes the negative and limited affirmative theory to expound and prove the affirmative one. At last, it puts forward some suggestions of solutions to the problems that may occur in the procedure of classifying the marital rape as the statutory rape.
