【内容摘要】电子商务中介对B2B构建所产生的作用,是在电子商务中介理论和实践的环境下孕育和产生的,是在传统中介经营和运作模式的理论基础上的进一步深化和创新。在今天,众多企业试图构建B2B因方法不当而纷纷失败的情况下,它的提出无论是对即将建立新的电子商务企业的创业者来说,还是对目前己经在经营电子商务企业的守业者来说,都具有重要的指导意义。因为实践证明,建立和保持一个能为企业带来持久利润的、有竞争力的B2B平台是企业成功的一半。企业要想在B2B中取得胜利必须要把电子商务中介的核心竞争力构建好。研究人员逐渐明白电子商务中介在构建B2B竞争力方面的重要性,B2B只是企业实现电子商务的一个开始,它的应用将会得到不断发展和完善,并适应所有行业的企业的需要。电子商务中介的应用使企业摆脱了传统商业中介的束缚,有了更多的选择,能够更便捷的选择客户端企业,给企业寻求更多的客户端企业提供了更多机会,不仅方便了企业的销售,而且更好的满足了企业的需求。
