1看仿真器驱动是否安装成功
2看CCS驱动是否成功安装到安装目录
3配置正确
4连接即可

你的问题应该是驱动部分
看是不是和你仿真器配套，再者是不是CCS3.3的驱动。

如果你用的是实验箱，配套的可能是低级版本需要I/O端口的配置
CCS3.3一般不用。
只要按照实验说明去操作就行
