外贸合同是纯英文的还是中英文混合的形式

外贸合同都是差不多那个格式吗

一般中英文混合的比较多。
如果客户同意，你也可以采用纯中文，但没几个客户同意，比如香港台湾的客户或许会同意。一般不宜采用纯中文。
采用纯英文也可以，但英文不是我们的语言，一旦产生歧义很麻烦，对我方不利。还有因为合同的审核管理（公司领导和财务，他们英文水平不一定很高）以及海关备案等，都是中国人在看在用，如果纯英文不便于业务的进展。
所以还是大多中英文混合的偏多，但要注意措辞，一定要中英文符合。
