摘要
当前高校招生规模迅速扩大，学生和班级数目迅速增加。就班级而言，要想做到良好的管理，难度比以前大很多。一个辅导员要当多个班级的班主任，辅导员无法像中小学的班主任对班级每位同学的情况都十分的了解。特别是辅导员特别关心班级每一位同学的综合测评的成绩，因为这关乎奖学金。为此，辅导员就迫切需要建立一套规范化的管理方法，还应采取现代化的管理手段。
本系统采用了JSP作为前端开发工具，使用Tomcat作为JSP的服务端，使用Hibernate与Struts框架，使用关系数据库Mysql作为后台数据库， Windows作为系统开发、测试和运行的平台。
