Abstract: With the coming era of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce competition and challenges in the market environment.The effective management of human resources will become an important source of competitive advantage for the success of enterprises. For China's state-owned enterprises, further strengthening the human resources management plays a decisive role to enhancing its competitiveness. After analyzing the Human Resources Management Situation and existing problems and possiblle challenges of state-owned enterprises,the paper presents corresponding strategy and suggestions for the Human Resources Management of state-owned enterprises.

This article will give some strategies and suggestions of how to strengthen the management in human resources through the analysis and discussion in the situations and problems of human resources' management, its challenges in the future ,etc.
