Therefore, the hotel recreation department is gradually transformed from the original tokenism or decoration into an important department that helps bringing in more guests and profits for the hotel. Although the current recreation departments are growing at a fast pace, there are still plenty rooms for improvement. The researches and studies in the improvement aspect is still insufficient. This essay mainly focused on Taixuhu Holiday Hotel. The author analyzed the current condition of the hotel recreation services through investigating the location, attractive feature, service quality, sales efficiency as well as the maintenance of recreation facilities, and raised useful advices based on the investigations to better improve the recreation services of high class hotel in China.
