摘要
在传统的工业生产中，工人生产的劳动强度大、劳动量大，严重影响生产效率的提高。随着当今科技的发展， 工业生产中模具的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视，而被大量应用到工业生产中来。其中注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具；也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。而注塑模具因其可一次成形多个结构复杂、尺寸精密、内在质量好的塑件，在塑料制品生产中获得了广泛的应用。本文对冰箱调温按钮注塑模具进行了研究设计。在进行塑料产品的模具设计前首先要对成型制品进行分析，再考虑浇注系统、型腔的分布、导向推出机构等后续工作。通过制品的零件图就可以了解制品的设计要求。对形态复杂和精度要求较高的制品，有必要了解制品的使用目的、外观及装配要求，以便从塑料品种的流动性、收缩率，透明性和制品的机械强度、尺寸公差、表面粗糙度、嵌件形式等各方面考虑注射成型工艺的可行性和经济性。
