求英语达人翻译~

投诉：12月27号下的订单 订单号：38948611 但是收到包裹后发现里面物品有三处瑕疵 其中两处及其明显 ，包裹递送过来时外包装是完整的 里面的物品瑕疵应该是寄送时就出现的 所以我认为SS的责任很大!!
