It must be super cool to control someone else's mind!You could make others do
your homework for you without even lifting a finger!Two American scientists,Rao
and Stocco,have brought his dream one step closer to reality.
Rao and Stocco
have invented a special cap that allows two different brains to communicate.They
did an experiment through video games.Both of them were wearing the cap during
the experinment.When Rao was sopposed to a fire a cannon,he imagined moving his
right hand to hit the "fire"button,Almost at the same time,Stocco,who was
wearing earphones and wasn't looking at the computer screen,involuntarily moved
his right index finger to push the bottom in front of him,as if firing the
cannon.How amazing that was!
The cap is equipped with many sensors and
connected to a computer,The computer picks up electric signals sent by the
brain.When Rao was imagining moving his hand,the computer interpreted the
signals and sent them to Stocco,Stocco then did what Rao wanted to
do.
Brain-to-brain communication has never been done between two humans,It
isn't easy to do.But thanks to Rao and Stocco,we can now expect controlling
others' mind to be a reality
