英语选择题...

i posted the letter some time ____the week
答案是during ，其实想想during挺对的，但为什么within 不对。？

i couldn't have got to the meeting on time _____an earlier train.
A.if i had not caught B.unless i had caught
C.if i did not catch D.unless i caught
我知道if not 和unless可以转化..但是还是不懂..
为什么选B？

do you know the man ____
A.i spoke to B to who i spoke
我知道speak to是词组。
但是为什么选B？难道不应该用whom吗？..
我觉得A挺对的呀.

during加“一段时间”：表示在这段时间的某个时候 “the week”正好为一时间段
within the week一般表示“在这周之内”，如：I'm afraid I can't finish the book within this week.我恐怕这周之内不能看完这本书。

第二题你确定答案没错？我觉得应该选A
if 从句的谓语形式用过去完成时即had＋过去分词，主句用would / should / could / might + have +过去分词，表示与过去事实相反的假设，如：If it had not rained so hard yesterday we could have played tennis.
题中表示：如果（之前）我没有赶上早班火车，我就不能准时赶到会场了。（而实际上准时赶到了，是对过去事件的一种假设虚拟）

第三题我觉得应该选A……A是极其口语化、地道的表达，不知道哪里有问题
B选项即使改为whom我觉得也不太妥，太繁琐
