another 指大于或等于三个的另一形容词性质
other其他（多个或只） 形容词性质
the others,其他多个 名词性质

包含比较关系。
加拿大并不在非洲国家范围，
B C D 分别是其他国家， 任何其他国家， 其他另一个国家。都是范围内比较。

-ing 和 to do 有一种比较是已发生和未发生， 该处更多的新闻还没有呢。

A. tell
这里没有强调时态，只用一般时陈述。

B. other countries
从句意上来看，是在African(非洲)比较不同国家的大小。
any country -任何国家
other countries -其他的国家
any other countries -其他任何一个国家 （但是c选项没有用复数形式）
another country -里一个国家

B. to know
一般 -ing表示过去发生的，-to do表示将要发生的
这里用的是将来时 you will，所以用to know
A. go
It's time we go.固定搭配. (不必强调时态)
也可以说It's time to go!
