Cultural diversity is the main cause:As China was a civilized and good-mannered country,the heritage of history are not only about virtues. Over-behaved conservativeness was a more important melody of ancient China society and its effection still plays an undeniable role in our everyday life.As a result,the chinese ads is by no means superior to the western ads in originality.

其次由于教育差异，中国奉行的九年制义务教育，其注重的只是对于知识的传授，而且是十分僵硬机械的死板知识，没有做到实质上地培养学生的个人行为能力与思维想象能力，从而与西方开放式教育产生了一定的差距；
The education diversity is an equally important reason:The Nine-year compulsory education performed by government only pays attention to the imparting of the knowledge that is fairly stiff and mechanical.
