A long time ago, West Lake was call Taurus Lake.
There is a Taurus live under the lake, is the weather is sunny, the lake will be lower, then the Taurus will apear, it will spit alot of water, the the lake will be full again.
One Summer, it has been eighty one days didn't rain, lake's water is all gone, everybody hope the Turus will apear. one morning, when everyone set by the lake,"pi" the Taurus apear it shake it's head and shake it's tail and spit alot of water then lake's water is full again.
This event spred very fast country magistrate heard this and laugh and said "this is a live treasure, if we give that to the eperor we'll be promot to a higher position " then he tell his subordinates to call everyone to the lake, and suck all the water out."if someone don't want to came then we'll kill that person!" Finally they suck all the water out, and Taurus apear under the lake, it stand up and yell then it spit alot of water to the country magistrate, then the country magistrate got in to the surge. Last the lake is full again.
After this happen, the Taurus never apear and the never dry anymore.
