我在AM公司工作快6年了,对这份工作和这个职位已熟悉到近乎麻木的地步, 相信我会给公司带来一笔可观的业务;以我的能力我不会让你有任何的担忧;
另外,这边的消费水平超于广东,物价也比较贵;同时公司没有安排车子在这边给我带来很多的不便;希望你能谅解;

以上是我要求加薪的理由,希望能得到你的认同.谢谢!

I have already worked in AM about six years,and I'm very familiar with the job,I believe that I can bring more profits for the company .I won't let you down.
Otherwise,the expense is more expensive than GuangDong,and the same time if there is a car I think it's better,because now the company didn't give me a car and I found it's very unconvenient.I hope that you can understand it.

This is not the proper way to ask for salary increment! It seems that company brought to this worker so much problem.
