1、意义不相同：
It is a pleasure to do sth.是还没做某事，意思是“去做...是件快乐的事。”而It is a pleasure doing sth.是说“现在做的某事很让人快乐。”
2、使用场合不相同：
It is a pleasure to do sth.是常见的书面形式。而It is a pleasure doing sth.一般用于口语，并且也出现在书面形式里。
3、转化形式不相同：
与It's no pleasure (in) doing sth.类似的还有 It's no use (in) doing sth, It's no point (in) doing sth, It's no good (in) doing sth. 做......没有意义，没有用处。可以转换成： it's useless to do sth, it's pointless in doing sth (这里的in都可以省略) （转换成形容词后,后面就+to do ）
