   Abstract
  There is a lot of chemistry knowledge which can be applied in our daily diet, and a proper and reasonable application of related knowledge contributes to our having a more healthy life. For example, we are not supposed to overcook vegetables, drink milk before eating something or eat too much fruit and so on. Only with a good knowledge of such issues, can we reach a balance of our diet, know what is a proper diet and help ourselves become more healthy, which is sure to save us a lot of trouble. Supposing we ignore such knowledge, we would not be able to achieve a balanced diet, which means that we would fail to absorb some nutrients out of the diet intake, so the foods are wasted and that would even undermine our health, and what we gain is more than what we lose. Therefore it is necessary for us to learn some chemistry knowledge applied in our everyday diet.
