2.They are going to write about the writers and the stories.
否定句：They aren't going to write about the writers and the stories.
疑问句：Are they going to write about the writers and the stories?
3.They are going to take some photos of the books too.
否定句：They aren't going to take any photos of the books either.
疑问句：Are they going to take any photos of the books too？

否定句都是在are后面加not，疑问句都是把are提到句首，其它不变，注意大小写。
