另外还要看你的语境吧，这个后悔一般都regret比较好，可作动词和名词：
（1.）动词：to feel sorry about something you have done or about something that you have not been done；例句：If you don't do it now , you 'll regret it.
(2.)名词：a feeling of sadness or disappointment that you have because of sth that had happened or sth that you have done or not done.例句：She expressed her regret at the decision.
另外还有remorse（情绪更深入）; repent（更有忏悔的意思，宗教背景下用这个更好）
