You will be the one to "get things done" when everything looks bad.
You won't say "it's not my job" just because it's not an easy task.
Youwill be the first to help, and the last to complain.
You will not stand out in a crowd, and yet will stand out by your actions.
You won't stop until the task is complete, even at some personal cost of yours.
You will look like "shit" at the end of the day, and people will only complain if they don't know what you have been up to.
You never brags about your greatness. something that's great doesn't need to tell you that it's great.
You are a person worth spreading good rumors about, and bad rumors don't bother you either.
These all are I can think about a "great man" to have.
