跪求电脑高手解决：电脑开机蓝屏

蓝屏显示

请问是什么问题
每次我装一个东西在一个文件夹里之后，重启总是会出现开机蓝屏，出现这样的显示，把那个磁盘清理一下就好了，可是我总不能永远不装东西吧。。。有没有能彻底解决的办法啊？系统重装可以解决么？
