1）收到对方5月24日对于受损货物的申诉信并表示遗憾。
（2）表明货物离开时状态良好，并出具清洁提单为证。推测受损货物可能是由于运输途中不当装卸所致。
（3）建议对方向船运公司索赔。
（4）表示愿意协助对方处理此事。
