我认为只有充满对生活对儿童的爱,有着无穷的火热的感情的人,有着和儿童一样的性格但却又有成人的成熟心态的人最适合做老师,并不是每个人都适合,有的尽管把教师工作做的很出色,但是他的内心很痛苦,因为他不喜欢这工作:有的人既然不小心掉进教师的职业,但是讨厌和孩子共同生活,他也很痛苦,因为他不喜欢孩子,但是看在“铁饭碗”的份上也就算了,可是他坑害了我们的孩子啊!!
为什么我们一定要以一个标准、一个框架来评定一样东西或是一个人呢?做老师没有适合与不适合,而是想不想愿不愿意得事情。而要做个好老师,则要看个人意愿及志向。偶尔有一位朋友再听过我给一位学生补课时,对我说了一句话“你适合做老师”,“因为你能够把你所想要表达得意思传达给你的学生。”
不是什么人生来就适合做什么的,信念和追求很关键,也因此,事业心的培养和引导是教育行政人员的主要任务,人只要有了要把一件事干好得决心,他就一定会想尽一切办法去做好。 展开
