IT’s not often that one comes across an organisation that operates within a unique management culture. An organisation in which there are no employees, line managers, operatives or secretaries. This list is mainly based on the attitudes of over 5,000 employees from more than 600 UK companies and it assesses a wide range of factors, from employee satisfaction and well being, to company policy on a wide range of benefits.
As well as heading the overall list, Gore also topped five of the eight sub-categories, including employee attitudes towards Leadership, My Manager, My Team, My Company and Personal Growth.
A financially stable corporation with a worldwide presence, today Gore is one of the 200 largest privately held businesses in America, according to the magazine Forbes. 展开
