Thanks for letting me know about this. I understand where your comming from as a I player, I also experience having bad games. We make frequent updates to our Matchmaking program in order to improve matchups. However, even the best summoners can have a bad game. We also allow new players to team with more experienced summoners. It was important to us for summoners to be able to have fun with their friends but we do make adjustments in situations like these to make for a better matchup. Levels affect matchmaking slightly, but they are not truly indicative of skill.
In addition, the matchmaking system now takes into account your total number of wins in a given queue and tries to prioritize you with players with a similar number for that particular queue.
