国家经济的核心要点是金融,承担着整个国家经济的稳定和繁荣。世界上每个国家都非常注重金融监管,怎样有效的防范与规避金融风险,渐渐的成为各个金融发展的难题。趋利性是金融市场上特有的特点,在监管稀缺的情况下金融资本会进入高盈利的行业,而且容易产生各种风险。金融危机对于一国经济的影响是巨大的并且会留有很大的“后遗症”,根据自己自身的国情各个国家实施金融监管,如法国的集中单一的金融监管体制，澳洲的双峰模式和美国的两级多元银行监管体制等都体现出各个国家对金融风险的监控。我国的金融监管是以中央银行为核心的,但是在具体实践中仍然存在些许的问题,所以通过分析我国中央银行监管模式存在的问题,并相应根据具体问题提出具体的对策,为我国金融监管体制的完善具有十分重大的意义。

Avoiding financial risks has became a hard nut to crack in the different levels of finance developing. The most noteworthy feature of financial market is the tendency of practice to benefit. When there is a lack of financial regulation, finance capital swarm into high profitable trades, and triggers many risks. Financial crisis fiendishly affect one country's economy and leave sequels which are almost fatal. According to the actual situation, each country has its particular financial regulation. France's concentrated financial regulation system, Australia's 双峰模式 and USA's diversified in two levels type financial regulation system are all the examples. The Central Bank is the core of our nation's financial regulation, but there are still some problems in practice. So this thesis is to analyze the operating mode of our financial regulation, question details and try to solve them so that can make any contribute to its improvment and perfection.
