摘要：汇率问题是和国民经济密切相关的一个重要的国际金融问题，汇率升值或贬值都会对一国的对外贸易产生重大影响。2005年中国进行了汇率制度改革，此后人民币持续升值，人民币的升值对国内各方面都有重大影响，特别是对我国出口贸易产生了巨大影响。集中分析了我国人民币升值的背景及原因，并且结合实际对人民币升值对我国出口贸易的影响做了相应的阐述，最后就如何应对人民币升值和促进我国出口贸易的发展提出了一些对策意见。

The exchange rate problem which is closely related to national economy is an important international financial issue. Either the appreciation or depreciation of exchange rate would have significant impact over foreign trade. In 2005, China had her exchange rate system reformed, the RMB appreciation started and continued after that, which had significant influence over various aspects of domestic economy, expecially the export of foreign trade. Focusing on analyses of the background and reasons of the RMB appreciation, pratically and accordingly laborated the influence of RMB over the foreign trade of our country. Last but not least, discussion and countermeasures about how to deal with the RMB appreciation and promote the development China’s export trading economy are humbly presented.
