There are few ways to learn English and so to speak a mouth of fluent English. First of all, reading books written in English is a must. This way can help learners to get to know of much more usages of grammars and in addition learners will get to know more vocabularies. Secondly, learners must well use what they have learnt about English and put them into practical. To achieve this, learners are encouraged to communicate, possibly negative English speakers, in English in order to improve their English skills. Finally, no matter what level of English are the learners possesses, they should not be afraid to use it in daily life, language is meant to be spoken and used, not be in books only, hence, use it is the only way to improve it.
