摘要
本文按照自考机械专业毕业设计的要求，参照锅炉煤渣皮带输送机的减速传动实例，简要介绍了常规的带传动及减速机传动的特点、比较和发展现状，选择三角带加二级圆柱齿轮减速机的设计。设计的内容：传动功率计算、传动装置总体设计、三角带传动设计、二级圆柱齿轮减速机设计、完成减速机装配图及部分零件图设计。
本设计的主要目的是通过实际设计过程，学习机械设计的一般过程，掌握通用机械零件、机械传动装置的设计原理及过程，训练资料查阅、收集的技能，提高综合运用所学知识提出问题、解决问题的能力。
