1． It all depends!Although there are still many millionaires or billionaires don’t care the poor at all nationwide or worldwide，we can still happily detect that thre are some exceptions ，such as Bill Gates，Buffett，Yaoming，Lilianjie.
2 In my opinion ,both technical support and financial one are the same important for helping the devoloping countries!
With the mightful support of advanced science and technology,and solid finance,the developing countries can build and optimize their own infrastructures。Besides,it can terrifically heighten the national fudamental education in those countries ,which is of cardinal magnitude !
3In an era when the competitions in all fields are becoming increasingly fierce,the majority of big companyes lay more emphasises on the overall abilities of his employees;that is to say,high education doesn’t necessarily means ideal comprehensive ability.As a result,those people educated overseas can unnecessarily get high salaries.
4As far as I’m concerned ,this behavior should not only be condemned ,but also be sentenced illegal.For one thing , unsolicited advertisements have gravely disturbed people’s normal life.For another, these unsolicited advertisements ,more often than not,carry some cheated messages.As a result, they will undoubtedly produces more bad influences once they are imposed
5For my part,despite the fact that the pedestrian is injured，he or her should face prosecution，for the reason that all is equal before the law.
