Grammerly promises is fine, but in normal daily life we don't use promises as much as we use the single format. E.g. to make a promise; have you kept your promise; do you still remember the promise that you made; breaking one's promise is bad; not keeping your promise, etc. There isn't really any right or wrong, just depends on how you use it, don't worry too much about it, because sometimes even english speaking people don't get the differences.
从文法来说没什么问题，但是日常用语中几乎不太会被用到。没有什么对和错，取决于你如何使用这个词，不要太担心。很多时候西方人也搞不懂这些区别。
