As an Enligsh teacher, you should review the stuffs that you taught periodically, so the students won't forget. You can also make some games, vedios, or softwares to reflesh the students' memory.
You should never speak any languages other than English in your class, because one of your missions is to improve the students' oral English. You shouldn't give too many uncreative assignments because one way to keep the students interested in English is to stimulate their potential and expand it.
