在往后的日子里，我要更加努力工作。当我们真心、热情的为客人服务时，看到客人满意的办理完入住手续步入我们的客房后，心里真有一种说不出的喜悦，只有提高我们的服务技能，才能让我们的客人高兴而来，满意而归！
我非常热爱这个职业，这个岗位。在过去两年的工作中，有三个季度被评为“优秀员工”，去年因工作表现出色，被升为前台领班，工作上得到了大家的认可，一年后，晋升为大堂副理。所取得的一切成绩都离不开同事们的支持和各位领导的关心和指导。在今后的工作中我要不断学习，特别是在提高英语口语方面的能力，更要努力！使自己的思想水平、业务素质及综合素质能力得到良好的提升，也希望酒店能往更美好的方向发展！
