Healthy foods are good to our health by keeping a strong immune system. Otherwise, it's an unhealthy food that do harm to our health.
Unhealthy foods destroy immune system by imposing additional burdens on the heart. Problems arise when the body's immune system is not functioning adequately.
Healthy foods are natural, with low fat, containing the smallest quantities of preservatives, flavors and activity
control agents. Vegetables, fruits are top of the list.
Unhealthy foods are with high fat, containing lots of preservatives, flavors and activity control agents.
To eat healthily, we try to make less process to foods. When cooking, lower temperature and shorter time of cooking can reduce the loss of nutrutions in foods.
Be away from fried foods and snaked. During the course of frying, food structure is destroyed by hot oil, vitamine become less and less, and proteins denature.Frying is one of the principal sources of man-made carcinogens.During the course of frying, chemical carcinogens, which may turn healthy cells into cancer cells.
