鹰嘴豆可以制作成鹰嘴豆沙拉,制作步骤如下:
主料:生鹰嘴豆50g,胡萝卜一段,芝麻菜一捧。
辅料:醋1大匙,橄榄油1大匙,盐1/2小匙。
1、干鹰嘴豆浸泡一夜,放入锅中加一点盐,没过鹰嘴豆的水煮10分钟左右,捞出控水待用。
