摘要:本文探讨超短脉冲激光的产生研究,超短激光脉冲自诞生以来一直朝着更短更强及波段更宽的方向发展,缩短脉冲宽度的革新经历了三个阶段:调Q激光器阶段,锁模激光器技术阶段和啁... 摘 要:本文探讨超短脉冲激光的产生研究,超短激光脉冲自诞生以来一直朝着更短更强及波段更宽的方向发展,缩短脉冲宽度的革新经历了三个阶段:调Q激光器阶段,锁模激光器技术阶段和啁啾脉冲放大技术阶段。先后经历了主动锁模,被动锁模,碰撞锁模等,采用这些锁模技术可以将激光脉冲由调Q技术产生的纳秒量级缩短到亚皮秒量级。由于晶体介质的非线性效应导致的自锁模技术和啁啾脉冲放大技术,输出的激光脉宽可以短到飞秒量级,脉冲功率可达太瓦,拍瓦量级,体现了高峰值功率和低平均功率的完美结合。从采用调Q技术,锁模技术以致发展到现在的啁啾脉冲放大技术,单脉冲激光功率增加了6个量级,从而使激光与物质相互作用这一研究领域进入了一个全新的阶段。

Abstract: This paper discusses the ultra short pulse generation of laser, ultrashort laser pulse since its birth has been moving towards shorter and wider and stronger band in the direction of development, shorten the pulse width of the reform has experienced three stages: the Q modulation laser phase lockphase laser technology, mold and chirp pulse amplification stage technology. Has gone through the active mode locking, passive mode locking, collision locking, the use of these mode locking technique can be laser pulse generated by the Q modulationtechnology to shorten the sub picosecond nanosecond. Because the amplification technology lead to nonlinear effect of crystalmedium of self mode locking technique and the chirped pulse,laser pulse width output can be short to femtosecond magnitude,pulse power up to TW, pat watts range, high peak power andembodies the perfect combination of low average power. From the use of Q modulation technology, mode locking technique so that the development of chirped pulse amplification technology to now,single pulse laser power increase of up to 6 orders of magnitude,so that the laser matter interaction in this research field has entered a new stage.
