本文通过对我国当今电子商务的发展现状的分析，总结了中小企业进销存的一般模式，并通过案例剖析，探寻电子商务在解决企业进销存方面问题的优势和方法，具体到点，研究电子商务对企业实际而具体问题的对策。
本文创新主要体现在结合我国中小企业区域发展需求，深入剖析我国中小企业进销存面临的障碍，提出了有针对性的传统方式与电子商务方式结合的解决方案和创新点。
