摘要:合作是二十一世纪的四大支柱之一。小组合作教学作为英语新课程倡导的有效学习方式之一,在英语教学(特别是高校英语教学)中被广泛应用。合作教学在我国的英语课堂教学中取得了一定的成效,但由于部分教师对小组合作教学缺乏正确认识,重形式、轻实质,组织、操作不当,使得合作教学表面化、形式化,而未达到预期的理想效果,存在着一些低效现象。这些现象非常值得大家的关注,为此,本人就这些现象进行反思,并提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract: Group work is one of the four corners of the 21st century. Group work as an effective teaching method in the new English curriculum has been used widely in English Teaching (especially high school English courses). Group work has achieved some excellent results in English classrooms in our country, but due to the lack of understanding of some teachers on the correct method of Group Work, resulting in it only have a shape and no substance and consequently making teaching unsubstantiated. As a result, there are some deficiencies in the teaching methods and the results are not as good as expected. These phenomenons are worth everyone's attension, thus, I carefully examined the situation and suggested some appropriate solutions.

Abstract: The cooperation is the twenty-first century, one of the four pillars. Team teaching as advocated by the new English curriculum is one way of effective learning in English language teaching (especially English Teaching) is widely used. Cooperative teaching English teaching in China has achieved some success, but some teachers lack a correct understanding of team teaching, re-form, light substance, organization, improper operation, making the co-teaching superficial, formal, but not achieve the desired the desired effect, there are some inefficiencies.
